Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has dropped a hint that he may try to bring Italian striker Giuseppe Rossi back to the club from Villarreal.
The 21-year-old left Old Trafford to join the Yellow Submarine for in excess of £6million in the summer of 2007 and has proved to be a big hit in Spain.

However, Ferguson has revealed that the deal included a buy-back clause which the Red Devils could choose to take up in the future.
He told The News of the World: "He's a good player, in fact, an excellent player. It was difficult to let him go to Villarreal.
"It was based on the fact that he wanted first-team football and we couldn't guarantee him that.
"When they offered the money they did for him and we got the buy-back clause, it became attractive to us.
"We'd consider buying him back. We will keep our options open."
Rossi made just 14 appearances during his time with United, scoring four goals for Ferguson's side.
