Juventus have moved quickly to distance themselves from rumours suggesting Gianluigi Buffon is heading to Manchester City.
It had been reported that City boss Mark Hughes was willing to offer £63million for the Italy international goalkeeper as he looks to bring an established shot-stopper to Eastlands.

However, Juve's chief executive Jean-Claude Blanc says that no offer has been made for Buffon, adding on the club's official website: "Gigi is not for sale, he has no price and there have been no talks.
"There has been no offer from Manchester City for Buffon and there is no truth in these rumours.
"I can reassure all the fans we will continue with Gigi for many years and he will play in our new stadium in 2011-12.
"It surprises me this news always comes out ahead of a big game but in the world of football anything can happen."
Juve coach Claudio Ranieri has also said that Buffon is not for sale.
