Brown rues lack of quality

Manager Phil Brown blamed a lack of quality in the final third for Hull City's 2-0 defeat at Fulham on Monday evening.
Summer transfer target Bobby Zamora opened the scoring for the home side before setting up team-mate Diomansy Kamara for the killer second on a night of frustration for the Tigers boss.

Brown's strikers - Geovanni and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink - were largely peripheral figures and, after a fifth defeat from their last six games, the City boss was in rueful mood.
"We didn't create anything in the first half but defended resolutely," he said.
"We played a bit in the second half but that opened up gaps and that's when they scored the second.
"We didn't get any good possession to the strikers. The first goal changed the dynamic."
Brown is hoping the second-half return of club-record midfielder Jimmy Bullard can spark a turnaround in fortunes.
The injury-plagued £5million midfielder was a 58th minute substitute against his former club as he made only his second appearance since joining the Tigers in January.
"It's very important for us to get Jimmy in the team, that's the reason we bought him," he added.
"When he plays, Jimmy has the responsibility of getting on the ball and making us tick. We saw glimpses of that in the second half.
"Unfortunately he came on at a time when we needed to get something from the game and that opens things up."
